The building was constructed in the period 1466-1487 dall'episcopato Bishop Branda Castiglioni. Done in the dock alongside the Bishop it was probably designed to serve the same hall and as relevant to the garden, like the dock, stretched across the lawn of the district of Liocchi today by White Young man, joining the lawn of Liocchi Today Square Rome, with the harbor, Piazza Cavour.
